SEGS-4: bottles up to 600ml, 4 cavities, theoretical output 6,000 BPH.
SEGS-4 (2L): maximum 2L, 4 cavities, theoretical output 5,000 BPH.
SEGS-6: bottles up to 600ml, 6 cavities, theoretical output 9,000 BPH.
SEGS-9: bottles up to 600ml, 9 cavities, theoretical output 12,000 BPH.
SEGS-2 (10L): maximum 10L, 2 cavities, theoretical output 1,200 BPH.
SEGS-1 (20L): maximum 20L, 1 cavity, theoretical output 550 BPH.
SEGS-2 (20L): maximum 20L, 2 cavities, theoretical output 1,100 BPH.
All output figures are theoretical values based on a 500ml water bottle. Final production capacity depends on the preform, bottle design, volume and selected configuration.
Applications
The SEGS Series can be configured for PET packaging used in bottled water, beverages, juice, tea, edible oil and daily chemical products. Large-volume configurations are available for 10L and 20L PET containers.

FAQ
Can SEGS produce bottles below 600ml?
Yes. For SEGS-4, SEGS-6 and SEGS-9, 600ml is the maximum bottle volume. Suitable smaller bottles are confirmed by the preform, mold and bottle design.
Can SEGS produce 20L PET bottles?
Yes. Dedicated SEGS-1 (20L) and SEGS-2 (20L) configurations are available.
How is BPH calculated?
Theoretical BPH figures are based on a 500ml water bottle. Actual output varies with bottle design, preform, volume and production conditions.
